Hard when it keeps tradition accents or soft when it try to surprise us, classical when it comes with almonds and honey or original when it becomes exotic, nougat will stay a unique moment of greediness. Like a mist of time pleasure freeze frame, the old « nutcake » has grown up and became nougat. But whatever the presentation, you will just have to taste it and ask……again.
